You shall be solely responsible for your own User Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. In connection with User Submissions, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize PlugMySongs.com to publish and share the material to the public. PlugMySongs.com does NOT claim any ownership of User Submissions, and will not use User Submissions for commercial distribution or promotional purposes without the consent of the rightful owner. The owner of the submission retains all rights to modify or remove his or her submitted material. Upon submitting a song, you hereby declare that you are the author or a contributing author of the submission, meaning that you either composed the melody, wrote the lyrics, arranged the music, or sang the vocals of said song.

 

PlugMySongs.com does not endorse any User Submission or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and PlugMySongs.com expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Submissions. PlugMySongs.com does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Website, and PlugMySongs.com will remove all Content and User Submissions if properly notified that such Content or User Submission infringes on another's intellectual property rights. PlugMySongs.com reserves the right to remove Content and User Submissions without prior notice.

 

 

Submitting stolen material is stricly prohibited. Stolen material is defined by: (i) User Submissions that are falsely credited; (ii) User Submissions that are submitted by a user who is not the rightful owner or author of the submission but claims ownership or proprietorship of the submission. Submission of stolen material to PlugMySongs.com will not be tolerated and may result in permanent bans of user accounts without prior warnings. If you decide to submit material that others worked hard to produce and pass it as your own, you are officially an a-hole.

 

If you are the original creator of a User Submission that you believe was uploaded in violation of your rights, please contact us by email with the appropriate information and we will remove the submission in question. If you suspect that a user has submitted stolen material, please contact us by email with the appropriate information and we will investigate and take action if necessary. Please refrain from lashing at the user because you may be wrong and it sucks to be falsely accused.

 

 

Upon submitting a song, you understand that music is subjective material and your submission will be subject to wonderful praises or not-so-wonderful criticisms. For reviewers (Reviewers are defined by any user submitting a review), you are entitled to your own opinion of User Submissions and have the right to submit reviews that imply appreciation or constructive criticism. However, reviewers are not permitted to make personal remarks or insults towards the author. Examples of such remarks include but are not limited to "you suck!", "you're gay!", "go kill yourself!" Making such remarks may get you banned without any prior warning. Reviews should stay on topic of the submission and not contain racist, sexist, discriminating, or other abusive comments.
